Water Damage Fast is a referral service that connects homeowners with qualified, independently licensed and insured restoration contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform any restoration, remediation, or repair services directly.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, response times, pricing, or quality of work performed by our contractor partners. All restoration services are provided by independent contractors who maintain their own licenses, insurance, and certifications.

Lead Transfer Disclosure

When you submit a service request through our website or call our phone number, your information may be shared with one or more restoration contractors in your area. These contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss your restoration needs.

TCPA Compliance

By submitting a form or calling our number, you provide express written consent to receive calls and text messages from Water Damage Fast and its service provider partners at the number provided, including via automated technology and prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Insurance Claims

Insurance claim coverage is determined by your insurance company and policy terms. Water Damage Fast does not guarantee insurance coverage for any restoration services. Our contractor partners can assist with insurance documentation but do not make coverage decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Water Damage Fast shall not be liable for any damages arising from the services provided by our contractor partners. Our role is limited to connecting you with qualified contractors.
