Water Damage Fast

Mold Remediation Services

Mold begins growing within 24 to 48 hours of water exposure — and once established, it spreads through spores that travel through your HVAC system to every room in the house. Visible mold is often just the surface. Behind walls, under flooring, and inside ductwork, hidden colonies can cause structural damage and serious health issues.

Our IICRC-certified contractors follow the S520 standard for professional mold remediation — from initial testing through post-clearance verification.

What Mold Remediation Includes

1

Mold Testing & Assessment

Air sampling and surface testing identify mold species, spore counts, and the full extent of contamination. Testing determines whether remediation is needed and establishes the baseline for post-clearance comparison.

2

Containment

Affected areas are sealed with negative air pressure barriers to prevent spore migration during removal. Without proper containment, remediation work can actually spread contamination to clean areas.

3

Mold Removal & Disposal

Contaminated materials are removed following IICRC S520 protocols. Porous materials like drywall and carpet that cannot be cleaned are safely disposed of. Non-porous surfaces are treated with antimicrobials.

4

HEPA Air Filtration

Industrial HEPA air scrubbers capture airborne spores down to 0.3 microns. Air filtration runs continuously during and after remediation to restore safe indoor air quality.

5

Post-Clearance Testing

Independent post-remediation testing verifies spore counts have returned to normal levels. Clearance documentation protects you for insurance claims and future real estate transactions.
